**How To Take**
Mix one scoop or sachet into 500 to 700ml of cold water, stir or shake well, and drink. For high-intensity sessions consider preparing multiple bottles in advance.

During training: mix one serve into 600ml of cold water and sip throughout the session. At 800mg sodium per serve, Hydrate Perform Sugar Free is designed for consumption during training rather than just before or after. For sessions over 60 minutes, consume one serve per hour of intense training.

Before a competition or high-output event: mix one serve into 500ml of cold water and drink 30 minutes before starting to ensure sodium and potassium stores are loaded before heavy sweating begins.

In hot or humid conditions: mix one serve into 700ml of cold water and drink within the first 30 minutes of heat exposure. The high sodium dose is particularly effective at maintaining fluid retention and preventing cramping in hot and humid training environments.

Do not exceed two serves in a 24-hour period. Not recommended for children under 15.
